Southern California motorists are no strangers to dangerous road conditions. We have some of the highest concentrations of traffic in the U.S. and with more drivers on the road, the chance of getting into an accident naturally increases. Even when drivers follow all of the rules of the road, accidents can happen anyway. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said in its most recent report, nearly 4,000 people lost their lives on California’s roadways in 2017.
