Michael Simmrin is a trial lawyer. It is really that simple. Most lawyers don’t have the stomach for trial work. It makes them too anxious, they clam up, they can’t handle the pressure. They are happier sitting behind a desk and writing letters. Mr. Simmrin is most comfortable and in his element when it is all on the line, when the adrenaline is pumping. Mr. Simmrin has successfully represented thousands of clients over the years and has tried over 100 jury trials, 15 of which were homicides, some of them capital cases. There is no substitute for experience. Mr. Simmrin is ready to handle any case, in any court in California, or and Federal Court throughout the United States.
Mr. Simmrin believes in putting clients first. As his client, he will always make himself available to you. He understands that this is probably one of the most frightening experiences you will ever go thru. He understands his role is to not only help you thru this time legally but to be there for you as a source of information and support throughout this process.
Michael Simmrin studied law at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude and as an inductee into the Order of the Barrister, which recognizes excellence in oral advocacy and trial work.
